I can't believe the nightmare I am living now. Wish I had read these reviews first. Cesar is a condescending sob. The work they did did NOT fix my refrigerator problem of not cooling. They replaced a fan motor and said to wait six hours to see if things worked. In the mean time, contacted an LG Authorized service person locally and now have to wait a week to get my refrigerator working, as a new condenser needs to be special ordered. Cesar told me he was an LG certified tech, is NOT. Do not call these people to work on your appliances!!!!
