If there was a way to give zero stars, I would do so. I have tried to place an order on line, over the phone and in the store using prepaid gift cards along with my VISA and they were unable to complete my order. I tried using multiple forms of payment and their computer system will not process the order. I have money to spend and they can't figure out a way to take it. I have made eight phone calls to customer service, gone on line and visited the store twice. Not once did anyone offer to try and make this work or offer anything to try and regain my business. When I requested to speak with a manager over the phone, I was told they were all in a meeting and someone would call me back within 24 hours. I also received an email stating they had received my request to speak with a manager but never heard back from anyone. Calling their department "customer service" is an oxymoron. There is no service being offered to the customer in any way, shape or form. All I have heard is "I can't" and "our computer system won't allow us to do this." Pathetic! Such a disappointment as we have been looking for a piece of furniture since January and finally decided on one only to run into "I can't" when we attempted to place the order. Fair warning to anyone who shops here. Do not expect any level of customer service and quite frankly...good luck even placing your order.
