I go to OCAD and sometimes have to take a cab to campus because of sizeable projects that I can't take on the TTC. On several occasions I've called BECK to send a cab to my house - they tell me 5-10 minutes, and after 20 MINUTES. I'm forced to try to hail one because I'm going to be late. Then the driver who never showed up will call to ask where I am, I tell him what happened and he freaks out. This has happened to me like 3 times and it's insane. Who wants to pay a premium to be stood up and then yelled at. Beck sucks
