Came in last week with some trade-ins. The guy who I talked to was SO rude. I've never traded in anything before and he wouldn't explain the process at all and seemed like it was just a huge bother. At one point he just looked up at me like "why are you still here?" I guess we were done, but I didn't know that, so I asked and he said "yeah, I thought I said that out loud." What? Then of course you don't get much credit for your trades anyway. Still giving two stars because they do have some cool collector stuff and the other staff were friendly. Won't be coming back though.
