I really liked going to Dale Ann until my last appointment. I was having some serious pain and went in for her to check out. While I was there I had my yearly exam. She sent me for an ultrasound to check out what was going on. I saw her on Tuesday, went for the ultra sound Thursday, by Friday the pain had gotten much worse. I called the office several times Thursday and Friday to see if they could get the results of the ultrasound so I could find out what was going on. I never got a call back. On Friday afternoon I was able to speak to her assistant and emphasized how much pain I was in. Instead of having me come back in, they sent in a prescription for pain killers. They did nothing but make me sick and I was still in pain. By Saturday the pain was getting worse. I decided to go to the CVS clinic to see if I had a UTI. I did! I could have skipped all of that if Dale Ann had just done a simple test, they did a pregnancy test and feel they really fell short on this. I never did get a call back to go over test results or the ultrasound result and instead got an email with the results. I was very disappointed that now one cared enough to call. This was a few months ago, I now have an appt with another dr.
