Lorraine is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. Brandi who is the broker obviously doesn't care about her companies reputation. Lorraine treats tenants like crap. She speaks to you like you're an absolute moron, has no tact and is unwilling to work with you. If you are looking for a property management company to rent with- do yourself a favor- look elsewhere. The pipes in my home have been bad and were noted as "going bad" in an inspection 2 years ago. I now have gnats in my pipes- not Lorraines problem. If you are an owner- utilize another pm company. Lorraine is the only pm here and she is just flat out cruel, hard to reach and nasty to be frank. Never dealt with Brandi but have left her numerous voicemails in hopes of gaining her help with how uncomfortable Lorraine makes people- she won't call you back either. What a joke. My lease is up in 2019. Definitely will be saying goodbye to these people.
