Now the real highlight of buying a Mazda, Jordan in the service department. He is the most helpful person I have ever encountered at any car dealership or garage. I always twinge a bit having to pay dealer prices for things like an oil change, but Jordan always makes sure to give my car a full inspection. They recently did the service and I thought my brake pads were shot. Turns out they were in fine condition, and it just required removal of brake dust. I know other dealers and mechanics who will rip you off any which way they can. It's clear that they aren't trying to do that here. Jordan is honest, polite, and great to work with. He also doesn't lie to me about wait times, if it takes a few hours he lets me know when I drop the car off. None of that "oh just a few more minutes" crap.
