Not impressed. Since our house cleaner moved out of town we have been using living social deals to find a new company or person.
First of all...we picked up the house knowing that most companys do not pick up big messes. When it got home it didn't really look like anything was done. The floors were vacuumed but then I laid down to play with my daughter there was still dog hair and dirt on the carpet. I vaccine every other day and know what carpet should feel like after being vacuumed. The couches were not vacuumed at all and the beds were not made. Despite being clear of everything but sheets and pillows. The shelves were not dusted. I question what they really did in 3 hours. Other services have done a better job in half the time.
They are priced well...but you get what you paid for. At least the person I talked to on the phone was really nice. We will not be using this service again.
