stayed at this hotel on June 26,2013
First of all, the rooms are not as same as the pictures on this hotel's website. When i called, staff said "all room are renovated". when i checked in, the room was different!. I asked about the room that was shown in the website. Staff said .."oh.., there was in the other location" !!!??? The a/c in the room made loud noise. The fridge was not working well. I asked to change the room, staff said there was no room available.
Later, i saw a house keeper was in the room near by my room, i asked her for a iron and an ironing board. I was waiting outside my room (so she does not need to knock on my door). The housekeeping room was just a short distance away. The housekeeper walked to get only iron for me. I asked her again, "do you have an ironing board"? (how do you iron without a board?). she walked to get a board for me and placed it at the housekeeper room!. Then she slowly ,walked empty handed passed me with a smile on her face... .. I was stunt... i did not know what just happened? I thought she might have to do something else first.. Then she disappeared in the room she was cleaning.
so i walked to get the ironing board that she left at the corner of the housekeeping room... WHAT A BAD SERVICE MINDED THIS HOTEL STAFF HAS...
If the money is not the only main reason to stay at the hotel near this area. I would suggest to stay some where else. I have stayed with similar level of this hotel before, but their services are not necessary be this bad...
