Now I can see why this location has such bad reviews. I go here since it's convenient to pick up a coffee and breakfast for my husband who works down the street but the drive thru customer service girl is horrible. I added to my order at the window since she cut me off while placing it thru the speaker, she proceeded to shake her head at me like I was bothering her. She was very rude about it and I will gladly take my business else where. May want to think of who you have as the "face" of your company. She may be better in the back where she doesn't have to talk to anyone or maybe working somewhere else.
