I had a sudden need for a storage unit and I stopped in here to get a feel for the place and see the facility. Lindsay was there at the time and was so helpful in helping me determine what size unit I would need and even gave me a wonderful recommendation for a moving company (which I went with and am so grateful to her for!). On the day of the move I realized I forgot just how much I was moving and needed to get a larger unit. Josh, the manager, was so helpful and friendly and easily moved my reservation to a new space and we were done with changes in less than 10 minutes. They are so friendly and the facility security is top notch.
