My husband purchased a tractor online but was never contacted/instructions not given regarding delivery. We waited several days and contacted the store, where an associate took our information and said a manager would be in touch with us as soon as one was available - nobody ever called back that day. The following day we called again (multiple times) and were able to schedule delivery. The delivery company was supposed to call the night before by 10pm to give you the 2-3 hour window, but we weren't contacted. We had to wait until the store opened on the day it was supposed to be delivered to call (again multiple times) and have them tell us what the delivery window was - should have been delivered between 3:30-6:30pm but never came, and yet we still received the automated phone call asking about our satisfaction with the delivery service. After multiple calls the next day, they determined that the tractor was actually never loaded onto the truck for delivery on the date we scheduled for, and yet nobody told us that. Furious with the whole process and lack of professionalism, we told them we would be coming to pick it up and we were then told that it was on a truck in the store parking lot that the store employees didn't have access to, so we would have to reschedule delivery instead. WHEN IT FINALLY WAS DELIVERED, the men who dropped it off DIDN'T HAVE THE KEYS and said "I guess you'll have to go pick the keys up from the store" - are you kidding me?! If you value your time and your sanity, avoid this location and go elsewhere!
