This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company. First scheduled for Friday, they called us at the end of the scheduled service window to say they were backed up, and asked if they could re-schedule for Saturday. Trying to be accommodating, we said OK. Then 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here on Saturday, they called and we missed the phone call. Immediately called them back, but just kept getting voice mail. Then when we finally were able to connect at the time they were supposed to be here, the technician said he had "moved on" and couldn't be here for another 7 hours. Gave a lame excuse that "someone" had called the office to reschedule, and he just assumed that it was us. Or that when we didn't pick up the phone immediately, that was why. Million excuses, and no results, and lying. Never use this company!!!
