Very impressed. The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind enough to explain the entire process as he worked to rid my house of mice. He inspected the foundation around the house for entry points for critters, subsequently filling them in to eliminate future unwanted tenants. Other companies set up traps to inspect on a monthly basis, charging the customer for each visit, costing much more in the long run, and never really eliminating the problem.
Overall, I am pleased with the service.
