Lady who took our order was rude. She acts like we should know what they have and when you ask a question she is downright rude. Seriously, we are staying at a hotel, we are not regulars. Bagels are hidden in the back. Are not listed on menu and we wouldn't have even known they had bagels had another customer not ordered it. ($5 by the way) My drink order was wrong because she didn't care to hear me because she was being so rude. When I corrected the barrista she was kind enough to make the correct drink but nobody offered a refund for the price difference. This place is expensive but convenient when you are on a schedule and leaving early. For all of the amenities and Vegas being in the service industry it's ridiculous that anyone should be so rude.
