I just moved to Belmont. I tried another pizza place that was amazing. I was told by a few people this is the best pizza and sauce in town. I ordered by phone and was told my 12" plain cheese pizza would be 30 minutes. So I showed up 45 minutes later. The girl at the register, who is also working the phone asked if I ordered it online? Asked what I ordered? Then while I'm watching. Her ring it up and put the order in right in front of me still charged me for the pizza. I asked for a side of sauce since I heard it was so good. Another 20 minutes go by after I see the cook put a freshly made cheese pizza in oven and out pops my pizza. No apology or anything. I get home open the box. My pizza is only partially cut and I didn't get even get that sauce. Terrible first impression.
