The first time I went to Rock Bottom, I enjoyed our dinner as it was very tasteful and delicious; however, we received a complimentary dessert due to such a high wait time (barely any people there) and then they messed up my boyfriends order (the meat was not cooked as requested). Despite this we chose to give it 2 more tries, but the next two times we ordered out through Grubhub. I te getting an order wrong at the restaurant, maybe the waitress is distracted or doesn't hear right, but getting an order wrong twice while there are written instructions is just disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheese burger both times, no onions, no pickles, and no BBQ Jalapeño Ranch, BUT I still got the BBQ JALAPEÑO RANCH on my burger. ?? On a good note it was only on one side of the bread so I just took the bottom part off (sad I couldn't enjoy my tasteful burger). Their Santa Fe fries are good but this time it's like they DUMPED the seasoning on their, the fries were soooooooooo salty it was impossible to eat. They were drowned in the seasoning. I am giving it 3 stars because the meat is flavorful and very good; at this point I'm going to say their service is mediocre. If you can't follow written instructions, then there really is no hope for getting my order right from them ever. So disappointed because it's simple instructions on how I'd like my burger made but they seem not to care. 3 out of 3 times we've had their food they've messed up the order. ?
