I was approached by a Tesla/SolarCity sales person at Home Depot. I set up a time for someone to visit my home and start the solar planning process. We came up with how many kW were needed after reviewing my APS bills and reviewed my current electrical setup. All the numbers and pricing looked good so I agreed, and got the hard credit check and approval for the loan. I was told the next step was for an install team to come out and do the detailed design for the roof. The approval and credit check happened in February. Then I don't hear back from anyone until late May. I'm sorry but 3 months is too long! At this point I have chosen to go with another company that won't ignore me. I guess they don't want my money. Thanks for dinging my credit and not following through.
