I am going to give them 5 stars and this is why!!!! Check in was a line with one girl behind the counter. She never got flustered. She waited on each person giving them the attention they deserved, while still acknowledging the rest of us with the occasional "thank you for being patient". When it was my turn, she did the same in kind. Answered questions without making you feel like deep down inside she was cussing you out...she did very well!!! Lobby clean with fresh cookies! She gave me my extra towels and shampoo right then, she even recommended them. Got our room, and it was very nice. Large and comfortable with a full kitchen, pull out couch and 2 queen beds, which were comfortable and overstuffed with extra pillows....heaven without asking once!!! Pool was heated and clean minus pool towels, but hey she is doing her best and it showed!!! I can not wait for my next trip to the area because this is my go to play while in the Cleveland vicinity. Great full free breakfast with both hot and cold options...I highly recommend this place. Plus great WiFi
