Yep, I'm giving Eddie's one more star! My mother and I were out shopping yesterday and I was craving soup and remembered Eddie's having an awarding winning she-crab soup. We ordered two cups of soups and a pulled pork Cuban sandwich, sweet tea and I went for a PBR. The soup came out first and let me tell you -- we were so happy at the fresh crab meat and savory thick broth... it was amazing. They also bring you some sherry wine to drizzle over it.. DE-LISH. I of course had to put some Tabasco in it... That will be a cold day/night go too! Thank goodness we shared the sandwich, as it was HUGE. It was really good. The bread, pork, ham, cheese, pickle... yum a great version of a classic Cubano sandwich. We ordered a bowl to go and had them wrap up our left over sandwich and made sure to feed my father! ha! My mother stated she really preferred this establishment over Briggs as the ambiance is refreshing and casual and not sterile like Briggs... So Eddie's it is again. Thank you for the yummy food and great prices! My mom laughed that my PBR was cheaper than her sweet tea. :)
