Billie is a wonderful character to work with and extremely knowledgeable with her work. She was recommended to me by my realtor and responded promptly to my service inquiry. Our agreement was that I would provide the materials and would pay Billie on a cost per hour basis. Throughout the process Billie was very communicative and let me know of how things were progressing throughout the project.
She was tasked with renovating my hall and master bathroom vanities with associated electrical, plumbing, and mirror work. (a couple of the pictures on Yelp are pictures of the completed work) Our first issue came as the existing wood floors did not continue underneath the bathroom vanities. In order to complete the work, we had to add additional flooring to the project. I expanded Billie's scope of work to include the installation of tile for the entirety of the bathrooms. Billie meticulously set the tile and insured that the tile layout was not only level, but had precise 1/4" joints between the tiles. Her workmanship was fabulous. She had to get a little inventive with the plumbing to make sure that the vanities worked, but besides that, the remainder of the project proceeded like clockwork.
Billie was also helpful in reattaching my electrical service panel back to the home. This project was additional labor in addition to the bathroom renovations. Billie was very responsive and flexible with her schedule to allow for meeting with the SRP representatives, getting the service panel reattached, and then meeting with SRP again to make sure that the work passed inspection.
I would definitely work with Billie again.
