This is my second review for this establishment. I went 2 years ago and I received excellent service and the finished result was wonderful. Since I'm seeking a new permanent nail bar I decided to give them another try. A person by the name of Jenny did my nails. Although the pedicure was decent my gel looks like clumps of polish on my nails. The filing shape is crooked and I'm still trying to remove excess polish from my skin. I would've complained at the time of service but the cuticle oil gave an illusion of a well polished nail. Upon careful inspection when I got home I'm highly disappointed. I'm not sure if she's just starting out or if she was so caught up conversing with her colleague about her trip in June that she just wasn't able to properly execute. Either way I'm stuck with this mess on my nails.
