I have been here many times for acrylic nail refills. I just don't understand why they schedule me an appointment when they don't have enough staff. 1 staff member is serving 3 clients at one time which means it takes 2 hours for me to get done where as normally it takes 30 mins. Once the lady did a really bad job in doing my nails just because there were other clients as well waiting. This place is busy as the prices are cheap/reasonable but honestly pathetic service each time I've been there. Many clients who waited with me have complained about the same thing as well.
