I was referred to COGBURN Law offices for an auto accident resulting in my truck being a total loss. It's been a long road, but I'm being promised one more month & this nightmare will be over. Before hiring COGBURN, I interviewed almost 8 different practices, this being the one I felt like would help me thru this process, keeping me informed the entire time, and would fight till the end to make this awful incident a little less hard on me. When I had my first interview, they reviewed my case & called me to inform me they'd love to represent me. And that they did. So many attorneys just want your $$ & will take your money before you can get out the door. They chose me just as much as I chose them. First impressions go a long way with me. Keep up their false reputation. But all that talk means nothing when you have minimal communication & once you're their client they treat you like another number, being lucky to get a phone call returned at all. I dealt with a handful of people all they way
As my case progressed & every person part of the COGBURN team, not only did their part, but went over & above for me. There was one employee who I didn't care to work with for certain reasons & they let him go the day I brought it up. Gina Tozzie was my first paralegal who i worked together with & she was such an asset to their company & she Was quickly given much deserved raise & I Was so attached to her, I felt panicked losing her at first! But she deserved it & I thought easy street was over for me when she moved up. But then as my case progressed, I was assigned to Brenda Reynaga. She quickly stepped up, knew my entire case & the status consistently. She did all the leg work, and has really went above & beyond for me to make this as less painful as possible. She's professional, works hard & plays by the rules. I've never called the office & not got a call back by the end of the that day, and although Brenda works best by email, she still puts up with me texting her anyway & responds immediately. She knows her stuff & when given her advice I took it without 2nd guessing her. She's yet another asset to the COGBURN family & without the two of them, both Gina & Brenda, I couldnt have gotten thru this. Its not Brenda's job to deal with my melt downs & stressed to the point of tears, but she's right there, to support me & lift my head high again & I actually leave our conversations feeling optimistic & confident that this will turn out better than I could have asked for. She is Way more than her job title, more like a promotion around the corner for the way she is committed to making Jaime COGBURNs practice the best it can be. So just like i was told to have them represent me, I'm now passing the recommendation on to anyone who needs an attorney who will completely hold your hand & do whatever it takes to get everything you deserve & more than you could ask for. Feel free to shop around if you find yourself in need of the best in town, but I'm personally vouching for anyone who wants to do business with people who do things right & fight for getting their clients more than they could ever ask for. Hiring a lawyer & putting your faith & trust into any firm is a scary & stressful decision. But take it from me, there's not a better team to have on your side & when their business is mostly from personal experience, you've just been told what your own personal journey will be from one client & many others as well. By all means, do your own research but I promise, you'll make your decision all on your own.
