Very good quality bagels and pastries, however the service is very poor. You are lucky if you got "good morning "... unprofessional waiters. No one smiles, accepts some cashiers who are very nice. It was much better few years ago, and now it went down the hill... There is a very big competition in this area, so if they don't improve service level, they will loose a lot of customers.
