James, the repairman, was terrific. Friendly, clean and neat, responsive and accommodating. He repaired the relay on our compressor in no time. The only ouch was the price-$226. So, if you need something done within in a reasonable time frame, quickly and effectively then Plaza Appliance Service with take care of you. However, if you are financially tied, you might need to look elsewhere.
