Just awful! The driver had no clue where he was going and couldn't read a map or GPS. He pulled over at one point in a residential neighborhood and thought we were at our destination knowing full well our destination was a wedding venue, not a bus stop in a residential neighborhood. My wife had to sit next to him and direct him turn by turn where to go, and we are not even from the area. He then got lost going back to pick up the second group (either that or stopped for a long lunch), then got lost again going back to the same place. I guess they will hire anyone off the street. The manager of the company was rude and unprofessional. He denied everything that happened and even tried to put the blame on us. What a total D-bag! My advice would be to go with ANY OTHER coach service. One last note, the AC was non existent in the coach.
