I haven't written a Yelp review in several years but felt compelled to do so here. I have participated in the Adventure Runs that this location host and my wife has previous purchased custom in-soles here. I have been getting more serious about running and was due to replace my shoes and figured they could help me find the best style. The guy doing their "Shoe Dog" which they record you on a treadmill to show you how you are running and recommend shoe types was nice but talked fast and just seemed to go through the motions. I wasn't interested in their custom in-soles but I got molded for them anyway because it was free to try and I was guess they would try to hard sell me on it later. He brought me to a girl that was less than eager to help. Only showed me a section of about 5 shoes and since all of their stock is in the back I was forced to wait for what seemed like longer than it should take to grab a couple of pairs to try on. She brought the shoes to a different part of the store and stood there like "where did he go" it was up to me to track her down. I started to try on a pair of the shoes and she leaves. She does this several times with no communication with me, at one point having a conversation with someone on her headset. Next she begins helping me and another guy giving us each almost zero attention. She even handed me a shoe to try on without looking at me and I had already tried those shoes one. I decided on a pair and then I again told them I didn't want the inserts. She gave me a speech about how if I buy socks it'll give me 30% off everything, walked me to the socks, left my shoes at the cashier and left for good. I went to the cashier and again had to say that I didn't want the inserts. Thank God I was able to use someone's info for their bogus VIP program but they even tried to upsell me on that. Luckily I had an issue with a gift card and it gave me enough time to change my mind and get out of there. I have since found a better deal on the shoes and learned that this place is all about the upsell. I encountered three employees, all of them tried to sell me something I said I wasn't interested in, none of them looked me in the eye, and the prices that they offer aren't anything I will drive out of my way for again.
