I've used this company twice and both times they were very accommodating and a reputable company. I packed my own boxes just used them to move furniture and boxes that I already pack plus packing a 90" TV and some antiques. Both times they did a great job and worked at a good pace not slow but not half ass work. They packed my television very good and my antiques. Their prices are the best in town and I even rescheduled less than 24 hours because i was called into work and they did not charge me! They give you realistic quotes and time frames so if they think you'll go over they will tell you ahead of time. They don't charge you until you're done and satisfied. Also the big thing for me was giving me a time frame of when they're coming of 2 hours. Most places say between 10am and 5pm which is kind of ridiculous. All the staff is courteous, they all speak English and communicate well. I'm glad I found them! They deserve this 5 star credit!
