This place is disgusting! We never recommend anyone to ever lease here. The most awful place you could live in. We'd report things & nothing would be done til after 2 weeks later! The office staff is unprofessional, NO customer service skills what so ever! NOT AT ALL empathetic!
The property is dirty. The apts are outdated. The leasing office has a foul odor. The maintenance are weirdos. Quite a few of the maintenance men have attitudes. There a lot of break ins including automobile theft & their I don't care attitude is disturbing. There are peeping toms walking around looking very suspicious! We had no support from the leasing office what's so ever.
This place is the worst I've ever lived in & something needs to be done ASAP! The management are savages, absolutely horrible!! Please don't ever move in the summerlin Entrada apts!!! You will regret it.
