The Fairmont is a staple in high end hotels in Canada and this one is no exception. It's in an amazing location downtown, the place is huge and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I came here for a work stay and was in the hotel for a couple of weeks. They keep the place spotless and even when I didn't even sleep in my bed, it would be cleaned along with my room meticulously.
The doormen are nice and the customer service is great at the front. They gave me nice recommendations for late night food and places to see when I was new to the area. My only real issue was the decor seemed very dated and the rooms were a bit small. Not a big deal as most Fairmonts have this type of decoration for their rooms, but it almost felt creepy. Overall I had a great 2 weeks here!
