I am reviewing this company for pool repair and not as a cleaning service. Our pool is a large in ground pool with a liner. The light was broken and we also wanted someone to set up the Polaris we had just purchased. I phoned the first three A rated companies on Angie's List and only one replied. The price for replacing the light was rediculous and he wasn't sure which one I needed. I was not filled with confidence!
My husband phoned All-star as they are located in his business complex, and they came out within the week. They replaced the light, replaced the motor for the Polaris and set it all up within an hour. I came home to everything working and it was less than half the price of the quote for just the pool light from the other company.
The two young men were polite, knowledgable and fast. One month later and everything is working perfectly. I phoned with a question and they put me through immediately to the technician. This company may not have had the A or B rating but they did an A job for us and I will call them for any future problems. R
