There are so many boba tea cafes in the East Valley and Boba Tree Lin Tea House is a nice addition! We visited in the evening about an hour before they closed and the parking lot appeared empty. I thought we were in the wrong location but eventually saw the space and signage. The Tea House is small compared to some of the other tea houses in the East Valley but there is still a good amount of seating. The inside of the Tea House is bright and airy. They have something unique called cheese, which is their type of milk and cream that they can add to their drinks. Request a sample if you need assistance deciding what to order. I thought their staff was very helpful. Great experience and yummy drinks!
