We have tried to use this alterations store so many times and have spent thousands of dollars there. We were just too lazy to find someone else.
This was the last straw. My husband brought clothes into be altered and again they were to big. She was very insulting and asked why he bought his clothes so big. Who cares why. He wants them tailored a certain way. He has had this happen on many occasions.
We went to pick up the clothes they needed to be re-altered and they were not ready like they were suppose to be.
We didn't ask for a discount or anything. We just left and won't ever be back.
They will be losing out on a lot of money !
