Wish I could give this place zero stars this is the first bad review I've ever written about any location ever and this place is pretty ridiculous. I called multiple times to see if they would do pet grooming to get my dogs nails cut they weren't able to give me an answer or were they able to transfer me or get me in contact with the grooming people that actually work in the same building as the pet store. after getting the grooming department's direct number I called and was told I could get my dog scene as long as I came in before 3 PM. I go to the Pet club and after coming in and asking someone at the register I was directed to a door which lead you to the grooming side. There I waited for about 25 minutes and was not ichnology your help whatsoever there was someone doing a grooming in the back after they heard that there was someone waiting in the abruptly shut the door that was to the grooming side and never came out to see if that person "me" was in need of assistance or why I may have been waiting in the grooming lobby. If the owners of this store or if the people in charge see this post you should really consider rehiring a lot of the people at this location it is ran very poorly and if the store does well that is primarily because of the location not because of the employees. I will never return here, which is unfortunate because this is where I buy my dog food.
