James is the name of the district manager. David and Chris are the managers at the location. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. I was lied to about running a diagnosis on my vehicle. I was misquoted on a price for service and called by them the morning the work was to be performed and was asked to pay the 250$ difference that the assistant manager Chris signed and quoted me at. I called the district manager and argued? for 2 hrs and he finally agreed to honor original quote. The actual mechanics are great but the managers cannot be trusted and the district manager cannot either. Total waste of time and poor store overall. The store is never busy as I am sure they dont have repeat customers
