IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -5 stars I WOULD BUT ITS NOT A OPTION so I guess i have to give them 1 STAR.
First of all I like to say I love my Porsche love everything about it.. I moved to Las Vegas Aug 2015 form Hawaii. While in Hawaii I never had any issues bringing my car in for service. everytime I took my car in I was always greeted and was Treated with the highest RESPECT.. they treated there customers like family.
Everytime I go to GAUDIN PORSCHE I get stereotyped I don't get any type of greeting right away and when I do its after Ive been stared at for about 30 seconds.
First time i got my car serviced I (Doug or Don) can't remember his name, anyways he was OK.
For the Past 2 times I went My experience was garbage!
The other service advisor Keith just never felt like he wanted to help me only time he really cared for my business was when i was leaving.
Next time is this RUDE service advisor Paul. let me explain, I went there about 2 weeks ago cause my side maker lights keeps burning the housing this is the 3rd time I went back for this witch was fine cause parts are under warranty.
while talking to Paul and trying to explain the situation it felt like he didn't care. Paul asked me "were these the lights that came with the car when you bought it. did you get it new or used?" I took that as a INSULT, first off before I Received the CAR from GERMANY it was paid off. every NEW PORSCHE OWER or ATLEAST ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD KNOW That They DONT MAKE IT TILL YOU BUILD IT. anyways Paul has the Shop Foremen check it out didn't get his name but very nice guy answered all my questions waited for me to end the conversation.
So anyways they didn't have my parts in hand so Paul said it'll be in FAST 3-5 days and that hell call me.
So 2 weeks pass and no call so i decided to call and ask if my parts came in Paul told me one side came in and he's still waiting on the other side.
THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is garbage! so I have to call to see if my parts are in?
I have a BMW that I take to BMW of Henderson for service. before I can open my door I have porter greet me and checks me in. My service Advisor there Adam, I can't even begin to say what kind of customer satisfaction I get. lets just say i feel like family. When I need parts for my car he calls me right away to tell me status, if he says "Ill get back to you by 4pm" he calls me.
I get this type of service all the time i go there.
Ive had my Porsche for 4 year bought it brand new and was Paid off the day i drove it off the lot in HAWAII. point I'm trying to come across is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE THERE and THEY STEREOTYPE THERE CUSTOMERS.
