David Dades incorrectly built a Windsor retaining wall in my back yard (see photos). When I expressed my displeasure, instead of correcting the matter, he got very angry, raised his voice and proceeded to accuse me being hard to please, that I was trying to take advantage of Robin at Rockstar Landscape (who I had hired to do the job, not Ready Landscaping), and threatened me if I did not pay them immediately. Incredibly poor quality of work and very unprofessional.
