This was not the greatest experience. I ordered a Cold brew and a Cold brew vanilla sweet cream but got the same drink in both cups. That is not such a big problem. The problem arises when the barista has an impolite attitude when kindly asked if they didn't accidentally pour the same drink for both cups. They literally had the exact same taste. After a few seconds of awkwardness the barista decided to 'fix' the issue by pouring off a bit of the drink and top it up with an unknown mix of substances (I suspect it involved heavy cream) which indeed altered the taste, but not in a good way. So much for the Starbucks promise: "If you don't like your drink. Tell us and we'll make it right."
