The staff at this location is excellent for the most part.
In general, the service is great and professional and the wait time is never too bad. The reason I only gave 2 stars is because the last 3 times I have been there, I have had a tech named Christine. All 3 times she just seemed irritated with me and never says please or thank you, For example, she kurtly says "sign" instead of "please sign here" I noticed she doesn't always wear her badge. To avoid bad comments maybe? Also, another issue.. labwork that needs to be faxed to more than one dr arrives to the dr who ordered it, but the others always say it never arrived . I fill out a form instructing Sonora to forward the results to other dr s also.
