The first thing I will say is the gentleman I speak with, who I assume is our rep, is nice. However, the company itself is horrendous. By the time the bill arrives there is little to no time to pay before they charge a late fee. Their website is one of the most non-user friendly interfaces I have ever experienced, and their fees are absolutely ridiculous. If you can avoid this company I would highly suggest it. Unfortunately this company handles the account for the HOA that runs my condo complex.
If you are able to, run. If not, be prepared to be hit with some sort of fee, even if it is to pay your bill online (yes, there is a fee for that).
