Was there for a spa pedi last week. Went early morning on a weekday so not busy and loud. When I was seated I pulled up the Yelp app on my phone and checked in. I then showed the the girl "their" Yelp deal offering 25% off any service. The girl was confused but said she'd have the, I assume owner or manager, come over and look at it shortly. Okay. The owner/manager came over and I handed him my phone so he can see my check in and the Yelp offer. He too seemed confused, as if he had no idea it existed. He literally held and stared at my phone for almost 2 mins then handed it back and said not so willingly that he would accept it. Could just be me but he made me feel as if I was somehow cheating them with the discount their business put out on Yelp. I went with the top pedicure option which is reg. $35. The pedi for the most part was actually great. Polish was not done well so I repainted later that night but no biggie for me. I'll give 3 stars since the pedi was ok but lacking on the manager/owner part. Will stick with Estrella Nails instead. Just checked and the 25% off is still reflecting on the Yelp mobile app.
