Your Physical Therapy Dept is sorely lacking. While they might be very capable, no one bothered to get my MRI from one of your own physicians (the one who referred me for the MRI and to your PT people) before trying to treat me (your Dr Gazda should have sent it over when she requested the appmt). You had 2 weeks to obtain this critical piece of information. Further your PT person still wanted to pursue treatment without that info even though we are dealing with a SPINE issue and I am in severe pain! The idea she could not only NOT help me properly but could also possibly injure me further was not acceptable to her - she actually tried to talk me out of leaving. WHAT PHYSICIAN TREATS SOMEONE WITHOUT ALL THE INFORMATION PRESENT TO DESCRIBE THE INJURY??? WASTE of my money and time! Going to Barrow!
