So let me start by saying the shellac manicures I have gotten here have lasted longer then anywhere else (hence 2 stars rather than 1). However, after going regularly every 2 weeks for 6 months (dropping at least $140-150 a month) I am in the market for a new salon due to the terribly poor customer service. The first incident was when I made an appointment and not only an hour later I wasn't seated but they were taking people who walked in AFTER me and without appointments before me! I actually left that day and decided to just call it a mix-up and try again. Finally, after this past week, I won't be going back. The nail tech messed up my one nail but told me he did not have time to fix it because they were busy!! Well, you didn't finish the job. He literally refused to fix it then and told me to come back the next day. He also forced me to pay (full price even) that day when I said well I should pay you tomorrow when the job is actually done. I couldn't believe the treatment I endured. Especially because they know me and I've gone so many times. Great salon if you're just passing by or want something that lasts. But, if you want better service or somewhere loyalty matters, I recommend skipping.
