This place is the worst. They check credit when you move in and when you leave, they make up any charges they want knowing we will pay rather than ruin our credit. They don't care at all about security. My apartment was robbed. The thieves came in by sliding the locked glass door. The police said they got it open very easily so AFTER being robbed, they bolted the door to the wall--as it should have been all along. I know they didn't go to other apartments and secure their sliding doors because why bother? They tell new tenants that the gate is being repaired--another lie as I lived there for 9 miserable months and it was never fixed. I'm just too lazy to file a lawsuit although I'm trying to get energy for it as it's the least I can do for people still there. Another reviewer is correct that the place is filled with gang members and drug sellers. I just paid money I don't owe to protect my credit. It took them over 6 months to return telephone calls regarding their overcharges. They hold all the cards and they just don't care.
