My issue with this store was the inconsistency due to constantly changing staff. They've gotten staff that seems more permanent and knowledgeable than before. But they still mess up my drink probably twice a week- they always give a half-hearted 'oh sorry' but never offer me my money back, acknowledge my wasted time, or actually try to have a friendly attitude. It's blatant how standoffish the employees are. My friends have mentioned it to me too. The new staff did improve the wait time, and the consistency in some very minor ways.. but uh I just wouldn't advise you to stop here unless you plan on having to wait for them to remake your drink one or five times.
