Bait and switch!!! Called to get a quote and I told the receptionist that my deductible was high and my insurance would not cover anything. I was quoted $70 twice. Then I get a call from the billing department telling me that they would be charging me twice that. WTF. When i called to check on it I was told sorry I was given a wrong quote since they did not have my insurance info back yet. My question to them was why is someone giving out quotes if you have no idea what will be billed?? Avoid this place at all costs. No one should give out any quotes if you have no idea what will be billed. In the type of work I do when a quote is given it is honored and not switched.
