This Company did several rooms of hardwood for us and I have been pleased with the workmanship & quality. I was not however pleased with their tactics.
Each hardwood install their has been ample wood left over. Too much in our opinion.
This last install I asked them to take it back because again it was another full unopened box as well as several scrap pieces. I was charged $8.50 per sq foot for the 19+ sq ftt box.
They did agree to take it back but only gave me half credit. I told them I did not agree because it was not installed and they ordered it as well as did the measurements.
They refused to make it right. Be wary of this as It just does not seem right to us. I was very displeased!
