My mom and dad have to pay out of pocket as they have no insurance. My mom visits Ms Aponte for high blood pressure, pays $75. Meds make her feel unwell, calls for advice. Ms Aponte promises to call back repeatedly, but never does. Ms Aponte and company want another $75 just to talk. This practice does not care for its patients, just their money. My mom is really sick and suffering and there's not much being done. Do something other than to ask for a visit every time my mom has a question about her prescription, especially after a visit one or two days before.
