So... I got an ad in the mail and thought the concept sounded really cool. I told a few friends and neighbors about it and they were all on board. That is, until we looked on Yelp and saw the terrible reviews. I even tried to cancel my cleaning/landscaping appointment. I'm super glad I didn't.
Let me start by saying that this a 2 hour job. C'mon people... There is no way that you can expect ANYONE to deep clean your entire house in 2 hours when it takes my other lady 8 hours alone. And several days to do it myself! (My two small kids don't help the process) Anyways, these negative reviewers on here are expecting pretty high things. However, maybe I'm glad I saw the reviews. I knew I had to tell the maids to just focus on the deep cleaning and not making beds and picking up toys and such. I even told them not to vacuum. She looked at me like I was nuts. But I wanted the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, appliances and floors done. Seriously, they did a fantastic job!! These girls (Erica and L... Crap, I forgot her name) were super friendly and crazy hard working. Both were sweating when they left with smiles on their faces.
I absolutely recommend them, especially if you wanted twice a month service. Deep cleaning on one and regular maintenance on the other. I can only afford the once a month but it was still 100% worth it for the job they did.
Landscaping was okay. But again... It was a "free" 15 minute service. What can you expect after a one time job when I haven't kept up on anything? After some routine with this service... I think it will be great!
